Dräger X-plore® Bayonet

The innovative Dräger X-plore® Bayonet filter series is designed for a wide range of applications.

It combines modern design with low breathing resistance. Because the bayonet filter is positioned on the side of the respirator mask, the wearer has a wide, uninterrupted field of vision.

Benefit

Respirator filter Bayonet
‒ Dräger specific Bayonet connection

‒ lateral position of the filters for an unrestricted field of vision and even weight distribution

‒ to be used with X-plore 3300 or X-plore 3500 half masks

Comfortable: easier breathing with lower resistance
Two features help reduce the breathing resistance: Both the special composition and the pleating of the filter paper create more surface area. This significantly reduces breathing resistance. The casing also features a special construction: The large cavity ensures easy air intake and makes breathing more comfortable.

Easy and safe: comfortable operation with extra safety
The improved product design combines optimal comfort with safe operation. The filters use a safe, quick bayonet fastener which guides the filter into the correct position until you feel it reach the contact point. The handling areas also make it easier to attach the filter to the mask. All bayonet filters are equipped with a highly durable plastic casing.

Plus, the particle filters are white in colour, for easy identification. Double splash protection makes them even safer during day-to-day use: The casing as well as the hydrophobic paper effectively protect the user.

High quality: from our own in-house production
To make sure that the filter paper always meets the high quality standards Dräger sets for its products, we manufacture it ourselves. We apply our own expertise to the processing and testing equipment used to produce the activated charcoal. The paper is treated directly by Dräger.

Cost-effective: the long lifespan reduces costs
The filters are packaged in pairs, so you only have to unseal the exact number of filters that you need at a time. Each filter also has a long shelf-life (starting from its date of production): 6 years for gas and combination filters, 10 years for particle filters, 2 years for pads and 4 years for Pure filters.

Versatile: add-on options expand the field of application
All the filters in this series are suitable for use with Dräger X-plore® 3300/3500 half-masks and the Dräger X-plore® 5500 full-face mask. The gas filters can be expanded into combination filters using various add-on pads or the Dräger X-plore® Pure with an adapter. The additional particle filters can be replaced separately from the gas filter.
