LOCKOUT TAGOUT (LOTO) Enclosed Space Entry (ESE) Package

The Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) Enclosed Space Entry (ESE) Package is designed to ensure the safe isolation and clear identification of hazardous energy sources before maintenance, repair, or inspection activities are carried out in enclosed spaces. It provides a structured method for isolating electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid energy sources, eliminating the risk of unintended activation or pressurization of equipment. By controlling these hazards, the package helps establish safe working conditions for personnel entering enclosed or restricted areas onboard vessels, such as tanks, cargo holds, and void spaces.

LOTO ESE package can be combined with portable gas detectors and enclosed space entry and rescue equipment, such as tripods, fall arrest and retrieval devices and safety harnesses, to form a complete enclosed space safety solution, depending on vessel requirements
