“Release and Rescue from a Car Accident” Training Conference
Poseidon Marine Supplies in cooperation with Draeger Hellas and Weber Rescue participated in a two day training event organized by Red Cross in Komotini, providing equipment and training knowledge for real life rescue scenarios and first aid actions.
The Training Conference was completed with great success with the participation of a total of 112 volunteers – rescuers and 10 firefighters. The 1st and 2nd Search and Rescue Units as well as Samaritan Volunteers, in the presence of the President of the Hellenic Railways, were trained in the release of victims involved in traffic accidents, as well as the safe entrance to a restricted area using CSE simulation trailer.
Trainings that took place:
-> CSE Training – Rescue and Escape
-> Car crash – Frontal crash, Multiple rollovers, Victims rescue
-> Stabilization of vehicles and loads lifting
